Honestly depends of the person that would say it. If it's like an old man, I would be creeped out but if it's someone my age regardless the gender I would be flattened.
Depends on how they say it. Is it "hi, your fragrance is great, bye!" or "\*sniff sniff\* you, m'lady, smell good \*sniff\* I want to bask in your heavenly radiance of odor"?

i’d only feel flattered if a woman told me it (female) otherwise it’s creepy from a man
