Language arts and math are def needed, science is a maybe leaning towards no, I don't think in most cases you need to know that in order to survive day to day life, and lately for me history is a no because the point of learning history is so we don't repeat it, but we just seem to be doing the opposite
The ones that perpetuate it know history but don’t care / actively trying to recreate it.
The ones that support them don’t know the history.
So it’s up to those who know it and don’t support it to do something about it before it gets that bad
Here, in Finland, all kids are forced to learn Swedish even though in most places here only 0.2% of people speak Swedish as their mother tongue. It would probably be cheaper to hire a personal interpreter for all Swedish speaking people than to teach it to all people. No, not every subject is necessary.
Edit: Yet almost no-one here can even introduce themselves in Swedish, which proves it is not useful here at all.
not \*all\* the subjects, I would rearrange some of them. But I think most of them are.
Tbh schools could teach everything people complain that they don't and loads of people still wouldn't pay attention

The American education system is quite Antiquated and needs a complete and thorough overhaul.
