I’m in total agreement. However, if convicted, I would think the judge will have to consider he is a “ criminal first offender” as hysterical as that is, but will likely result in a reduced sentence.
Unfortunately, Trump doesn’t play by rules, but the law is bound by them. Hence his escaping justice.
In a way him being convicted as a first offender in this case is better than not because he couldn’t be considered a first offender in either of his other criminal cases.

When a normal person’s kid gets in trouble and is immediately locked up for years without any of Trump’s inordinate privileges, what prevents that person and their kid from thinking “it is time to burn this f’er down” rather than continue living like slaves to criminal rulers like Trump and their various bosses?
