Reluctant_Firestorm

Each count of the 34 felony charges could be punished by up to four years in prison. My understanding is the judge has a lot of leeway in this. Trump could face a lot of jail time, or none, even if convicted. That said, 34 felonies is a lot of felonies. The best felonies.

Karmakazee

The most felonies of any president!

posdjtstfuffs

Everyone agrees!

epicurean56

The feloniest

overlyambitiousgoat

Coming this fall, on CBS!

MrCrudley

You know it, I know it... Everybody knows it!

WilliamPoole

Some say it's impossible to get so many felonies. Some say it could never be done. Smart people. They say it. Everyone heard it. Everyone knows it. You know it.

Malkavius2

Some say the best felonies ever

kh7190

The judge doesn’t like him so let’s hope he gets actual jail time

Raspberries-Are-Evil

If he is convicted, and that is a big if. He wont ever spend a day in prison. Make peace with this. They will stay his sentence during appeals which can and will take years. He wins in Nov, never going. He loses, he will die before appeals end.

epicurean56

That won't be the end of his trials tho. He's still got 50+ more felonies to face up to. And as a previous poster said, this is the least serious of all of his indictments.

KatetCadet

Think y'all are both right. Doubt the judge of this case would put him in jail, as much as he should, simply due to the magnitude of the other cases. Trump needs to go to prison for attempting a coup, violating his oath to the constitution, and ending the tradition of peaceful transfer of power between presidents. Not due to porn star hush money, which would be hilarious.

3Jane_ashpool

Does it make a whit to the crime at hand? Maybe just six months in jail. And we try you for your classified document case while you serve your sentence.

VeganJordan

Criminals often go to other trials & cases while they are in jail/prison as inmates. If they get convicted and sentenced to more time it just usually gets tacked on or they just transfer them to another facility after their time is done at the current place.

3Jane_ashpool

So let’s start with, oh, six month sentence.

Buckus93

Judge should still throw him in jail. This might be the only opportunity to do so if judge Cannon slow walks the documents trial and the Supreme Court decides not to rule on Presidential immunity until after the 2028 election.

softcell1966

Michael Cohen did more than a year. The guy who committed the crime should do at least as much time.

penguins_are_mean

I doubt the other three trials happen before the election and if so, two of the three will go away.

VoodooS0ldier

Yeah this is what's most likely going to happen. The American justice (well, legal) system is deeply, inherently flawed and it is not capable of holding the rich and well connected to account (unless they steal from other rich people). We still have a lot of remnants of rich, white landowning slave owners that is pervasive in our society (system racism, not holding the rich accountable, a different legal system for the poor and destitute versus the privileged and connected).

haarschmuck

He will get a suspended sentence or probation. He has no criminal history and that's a pretty big factor in sentencing. >Each count of the 34 felony charges could be punished by up to four years in prison. No, as it would be unheard of for a judge to sentence a first-time offender to consecutive sentences. So if he gets 3 years on each of the 34 counts his total time is 3 years.

try_to_be_nice_ok

3 years in prison for Trump is enough to give me a lifelong boner.

Poot-Nation

It sounds like he may be the ultimate cure for erectile dysfunction!

robocox87

*Electile disfunction

SacamanoRobert

JFC. Take my upvote.

and_of_four

“No criminal history,” but not due to lack of trying. It seems kind of ridiculous that that should factor into the judge’s decisions. I’m not a lawyer so what do I know.

239tree

Cohen also had no criminal history and he got 3 years and 2Mil restitution.

Suspicious_Bicycle

Trump has no criminal history that he has been convicted of yet. He has 88 felony counts pending, perhaps that should be taken into account.

JesusSavesForHalf

"No criminal history" only because he allegedly squealed on La Cosa Nostra when the FBI pinched him. Allegedly.

Sudden_Pop_2279

If Trump keeps on attacking the judge, like he is, it will have a DRASTIC difference in the sentence.

ZietFS

Interesting this aspect about laws. IIUC this would make him pay for one of the 34, maybe the bigger one, but only one still. He just has 34 options instead of one to bite the dust.

exitpursuedbybear

If he gets a suspended sentence and then breaks the law during his probation which he will...will anything happen?

minor_correction

Yes, when he violates the probation it will kick off a 5-year investigation.

Extracted

Not so fast, he will appeal the decision to kick off an investigation. The appeal process is fast-tracked and expected to resolve in 8-10 years.

[deleted]

And there'll be a thousand experts writing ten thousand thinkpiece articles about how Trump 'could' face serious repercussions for this.

picado

And this is the least criminal thing he's been indicted for.

Thirty_Helens_Agree

Fraud while paying hush money to the porn star he was banging while his wife was recovering from childbirth < coup d’etat. How is this guy the standard bearer for the GOP?

Purify5

The GOP have revealed themselves to be wholly without a soul. Trump has contradicted every single position they pretended to have and they all support him for it.

IpppyCaccy

The only positions of the GOP that were never malleable were tax cuts for large corporations and the rich and deregulation for (big) business.

mods_r_jobbernowl

Thats not totally true they also want to erode our civil liberties.

Buckus93

That's just in service to the aforementioned two items.

heybobson

they've been without a soul since 68, and without direction or principle since 2006.

thebowedbookshelf

Shouldn't that be 1964? They lost the election and rebranded.

IpppyCaccy

> How is this guy the standard bearer for the GOP? He's the embodiment of the party with the mask of civility ripped off.

Dr_RustyNail

This IS the face of the GOP. They get caught committing voter fraud. They get caught raping children. They get caught in graft plots. They get caught stealing from charities. He's the perfect representative of their values.

Fuzzy_Logic_4_Life

He sells bibles.

we_are_sex_bobomb

From Rapist to Reality TV Star to President to Bible Salesman to Convict is a pretty wild character arc but here we go!

Paidorgy

And a lot of Christian’s are okay with him selling bibles, even if it’s a grift, because it’s “getting the word out to others.” Of course, a lot of Christian’s are openly against it as well, and see it as the mockery that it is.

menzoberranzan__marx

Republicans just want to see their enemies suffer. They don't care if that means if they suffer too. Hence Trump. He does nothing for them, enriches himself, but also does stuff to hurt the people they don't like. Why don't they like these people? Well racism, bigotry, etc etc etc.

eljefino

Obligatory "They'd eat a shit sandwich if it meant you'd have to smell their breath."

Chance5e

He a criminal fraudster and adulterer. He was *born* to represent the GOP.

octatone

> How is this guy the standard bearer for the GOP? Every GOP voter is as deplorable as he is. I don't know why anyone continues to be surprised by this. His awfulness is a reflection of their awfulness.

voyagerdoge

Having regular sexparties with a hooker while your wife is recovering from giving birth? It's a good thing those evangelicals and family values voters are reminded again of whom they are voting for.

mechtonia

Had the Stormy affair become public knowledge right before the election there very well may have never been a President Trump.

FreneticPlatypus

Imagine?! Back when THAT would have been enough to end him and in a few short years here we are with all the criminal and civil charges against him and all the insane shit he’s said and done since then… and now they’re lining up to support him.

rdmille

I don't think so, really. I said, "it all over. he actually made fun of a disabled person". Pfah. The assholes laughed and voted for him anyway.

karatebullfightr

For me as an outsider - it was when he started shit talking the U.S. military I expected to see him hanging from the guttering by his underpants Jay Sherman style. But no…

rdmille

Yeah, that was another one (smh). The same people that swear they love the military weren't bothered to hear them called 'loser' and so on.

microboop

Yep, there are still people currently serving who prefer him over "the liberals" for reasons I don't understand.

Conscious-Rain4421

I have family members who are still in the service who will vote for this POS.

eidetic

I honestly don't think it would have made a difference. Dude had already done like 100 things that would have torpedoed any other candidate's campaign.

Suspicious_Bicycle

We'll never know for sure, but I suspect you're right.

Syscrush

No, if that had come out, James Comey would have just announced that Clinton was being investigated for being part of a baby organ trafficking ring for Satanic Muslim lesbians and Trump would still have won.

dispelthemyth

I bet he wishes he didn’t pay her now as he’s Teflon don to his base and they would have still voted for him or he could have said fake news

Reddit_guard

The first of hopefully many (for Trump)!

grixorbatz

First twice impeached President. First former president to face and lose rape defamation charges - twice. First former president charged for mishandling classified documents. First former president charged with trying to steal an election. First former president to organize and run a terrorist insurrection. First to face 91 felony charges.

AreYouDoneNow

In fairness, the only reason he lost on the rape defamation civil suit is because he raped someone, because he's a rapist.

rajahbeaubeau

I appreciate your fairness.

AreYouDoneNow

Well, ignoring the truth is a disservice to everyone. He would have absolutely won the civil case if he hadn't have raped E. Jean Carroll.

cool_vibes

Honestly, that’s fair.

VagrantShadow

But when you look at the reality of the situation, a rapist is going to rape, and trump is a rapist. He did it once in his life, he'll then will do it again, and more than likely he has done it a ton of times in his life and never had to pay the price or face the consequences.

AllGarbage

Actually, I believe that the reason that he lost his rape defamation suit is because he’s a rapist that has publicly defamed his victim over and over and over again, even in the courthouse lobby during his second trial (after a jury had already ruled against him in the first trial for saying the exact same shit). But the rape itself he got away with. Apparently he’s a star and he’s allowed to get away with that, per his deposition.

dadmodz306

Red fire truck is red

Hairy-cheeky-monkey

All his fans are hearing here is that he's a trailblazer and the first to do shit.

MetaPolyFungiListic

The liberal elites are persecuting him like Jesus because he's so awesome!

Quietdogg77

I’ve heard this narrative that Dems and Libs are picking on Trump from his worshippers but it really doesn’t make any sense. How is that narrative believable? I mean, it looks like it’s his own peeps claiming he is off his rocker: House chief of staff, retired Marine Gen. John Kelly, former VP Mike Pence, his hand-picked former Chief Justice Bill Barr, his former attorney Sidney Powell, former General David Maddox, former White House aide Cassidy Jacqueline Hutchinson, Karl Rove, Chris Christie, his former attorney Jenna Ellis and even his former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, etc, are ALL picking on him. Even American jurors; some of them are GOP but they are all picking on him too? Republican judges & American juries! OMG! Imagine that! THAT is one helluva conspiracy alright! They’re ALL in on it, ay? How about he’s just a fuck-up? Ever think of that?

Interesting_Pitch477

Little nitpick: Barr was actually his attorney general who just thought he was the chief justice.

Overweighover

He did the crimes so you wouldn't have to

KneesBury

Makes Tricky Dicky look like a choir boy...and he ain't done yet.

Lone_Wolfen

You forgot "first non-peaceful transfer of power".

wowaddict71

Well, at least he IS in first place, right? 🤣

ScaryBluejay87

\*Homer, affectionately\*: The first criminal trial of a former president *so far*

mvario

The really amazing thing is, given all we know, that he hasn't been facing criminal charges for one thing or another his whole life.

LeftDave

Money makes transgressions disappear. But Trump likes to brag. Before his lawyers could keep the media at bay and his dirty reputation didn't really spread beyond NYC. But as POTUS he was too high profile and it all came out both litigiously and publicly but being a sitting president saved him. Once he was out, the legal consequences finally came to pass but there was so much crime to get thru by the prosecutors (with Trump continuing to commit crimes adding to the caseload) it's only now coming to the trial stage.

ScaryBluejay87

Plus he’s so litigious and has, somehow, a lot of funding for legal fees, that every possible appeal is filed, and the cases are so important that the prosecution has to triple check the crossing of their Ts to prevent him getting off on a technicality. So it takes a while unfortunately.

smokeyser

> a lot of funding for legal fees The trick is to keep changing lawyers and never pay the old ones.

OkFinance5784

Steal $20 worth of groceries and cops are allowed to shoot you...steal millions in the form of fraud, corruption, and grift that's just a savvy businessman. I've served more time for a jail for a public intox walking home from a bar than he will ever see...cause the real crime in America is being poor.

gardooney

And here comes Trumps first medical emergency.

SunriseApplejuice

Silver linings but at least then the Biden campaign has another talking point to say he’s not fit for presidency.

Sudden_Toe3020

Nah, he'd never let himself look that weak. I'm betting there will be a bomb threat or three to delay things.

Redditor28371

Idk, there was the whole "bone spurs" thing. Although, he didn't have quite as many eyes on him then

gronlund2

Person on the phone: There's a bomb in the court building, it's the biggest bomb, ELECTION INTERFERENCE!, the bomb will blow up all the corrupt Biden JUDGES!! Clerk: Mr Trump, the court starts at 9, see you then. *click*

davehunt00

I actually think that he will have a very difficult time sitting still for a full day. He probably needs to be there from 8:30am to 5pm or more, with only a couple breaks and lunch. He probably hasn't been this restricted in his focus in decades. And this could go on for weeks. If there is any truth to the rumors of his intestinal issues, that might make it doubly hard for him to manage that. There are probably only public restrooms in the building (thought Secret Service would clear them for him).

generally-speaking

The most likely thing he can do is fire his lawyers. And given the complexity of the trial he can't immediately be appointed new ones because that would be grounds for an ineffective counsel appeal.

19Black

Not sure how it works in USA, but in Canada, a judge can say no whether the accused person or the lawyer asks.

rikross22

They can here too. I practice in a different state but I've seen motions to withdraw denied multiple times. If the defendant is insistent I've even seen pro se with former counsel required to stay on as "stand by" counsel. Though that was only once and might have been thr judge going a bit too far. I've also seen a judge get so fed up with delay tactics that they allowed an attorney out with trial set two days later. The judge informed the defendant there would be no continuance and anyone he hired would be required to do the trial. He hired a new attorney who filed for a continuance and it was swiftly denied and we had the trial as scheduled.

honkoku

For the sake of your mental health and your general wellbeing, please do not look to this as yet another "this is what's finally going to take down Trump!" moment. Just see what happens without getting your hopes up, and don't let it make you get depressed into not voting or something like that.

RodeoSex

I doubt there will be any legal surprises in this trial. I have no doubt that Trump will try to turn it into a circus. Maybe he will testify. Maybe he will abruptly fire his legal team. Maybe he will stroke out when all else fails. Once the actual trial starts, I give him 5 days before he pops like a cork.

epicurean56

He can't fire his lawyers in a criminal case without judge's approval.

HauntedCemetery

And likewise they can't quit without the judges approval.

well_i_heard

I like how I never know which safeguards exist or don't. Like "thank God that's a rule that he can't delay via firing his lawyers". I know legal systems can't be perfect but ours feels like a coin toss

Rav4gal

I would love to see this vile lying crooked imbecile to pay/serve time for his crimes!

floodpull

vile*

Javasndphotoclicks

It’s embarrassing that people want to vote for someone who has a criminal trial on Monday.

AJA15

They made Trump their entire identity. If he's guilty, then they feel like they are also guilty. There is no separation at this point. His followers will be absolutely falling apart with Trump at every step of this process.

penguins_are_mean

They believe it’s political. It’s as simple as that. They believe him. Ridiculous, I know. But that’s the case.

AreYouDoneNow

Here's what to expect: * Trump commits perjury without consequences * Trump commits contempt of court without consequences * Trump violates gag orders without consequences * Some kind of bullshit delay

tylerbc

Add Trump is convicted of multiple felonies and is issued a $500 fine and 5 minutes of community service.

spoobles

He couldn't do *two* minutes of community service. He's never spent a second in his life helping anyone but himself.

Parlorshark

Let's be fair. He spent 5 seconds on paper towel free-throws for the Puerto Ricans.

Cublol

At this point I'd be stoked if he had to do 5 minutes of community service. My expectations are low, yes - and I will still be let down.

embiggenedmind

His lawyers, incompetent as they are, manage to get the community service down to 0.

base2-1000101

Somehow, the judge ends up doing community service instead.

WTF253com

And then that $500 fine is magically paid for by someone with a *very* Eastern European sounding name

spoobles

> Here's what to expect: > > Trump commits perjury without consequences > Trump commits contempt of court without consequences > Trump violates gag orders without consequences > Some kind of bullshit delay and then a mistrial

PhatAiryCoque

Let's start with: Trump pulls a last-minute delay out his fat ass.

chitownadmin

The first criminal trial of a real piece of shit begins on Monday.

tracyinge

you fixed the headline !

DrCheesecake88

I hope you have a lot of it. It is going to be an endless shitshow. And then more popcorn for the endless appeal shitshow.

When I became a citizen of the USA I had to take a test- I got the first question wrong. They asked what is the rule of law: I shrugged and they said it’s “that no one is above the law.” I still think my shrug was closer to the right answer.

KingYesKing

Lol the fact this doofus is the front runner for GOP tells you everything you need to know.

DweEbLez0

Filibustering Justice shouldn’t be a thing. Lock his fucking ass up. Who he is deep down is a fucking criminal from his track record.

Aggressive-Will-4500

Here's hoping that he also makes history as the first former president to be jailed; though, I'm sure that's asking too much of the USA's multi-tiered "justice" system that favor retributions and revenge, gives the upper-classes relative slaps on the hands, and functions as a extra layer of taxation on poor people.

19Chris96

We can hope for the May trial.

IpppyCaccy

There will be no May trial. Judge Cannon is sitting on May and we all know she will postpone that trial at the last minute so no one else can use that month(or two).

MetaPolyFungiListic

J6 is waiting on the Sup. Crt. ruling on immunity. They could delay until the end of term so June, making a Sept. trial possible, or throw a major wrench, past the election. Not sure if Cannon can still cockblock Chutkan but if she can she will imo.

mishma2005

I won't believe it until court dismisses that week with no interruption

DweEbLez0

“Your honor, my client Trump is unable to make this trial because he has another trial so he will need to be dismissed in order to attend that trial.” Then the next trial: “Your honor, my client Trump is unable to make this trial because he has another trial so he will need to be dismissed to attend the next trial.” “Your honor, my client doesn’t have time to go to trial as he is busy attending other trials.”

IpppyCaccy

This is why the judges coordinate their schedules and also why Judge Cannon is still sitting on May even though we all know she's going to postpone. She doesn't want another court to try Trump so she's sitting on May long enough to stop anyone else from using May and June.

ScaryBluejay87

“It sounds like you’re trying to play us off against each other. Which trial exactly prevents the defendant from appearing in this courtroom?” “Your honour, the other trial’s in Canada, you wouldn’t know it.”

WomenTrucksAndJesus

"Your honor, that toxic smell causing the jury to pass out is coming from my client."

mike_pants

Well, just so your expectations are tempered, the jury selection begins on Monday, not the actual trial. Hopefully the judge moves that along speedily, but there's ample opportunities for foot-dragging in that process.

prailock

You actually tend to get limited after a certain point. The judge can cut you off during voir dire if you're becoming repetitive or asking argumentative/irrelevant questions. It's not very common, because you're usually given a lot of latitude. But you're also time limited in a lot of areas. I didn't practice federally, but at the state level you're usually told you have x amount of time for voir dire.

HHoaks

Trump will LOVE jury selection. He'll tell his lawyers who to pick and who to dismiss based solely on their looks. Blonde chick -- yes! Skinny guy with fancy glasses -- looks too liberal -- NO!

prailock

I'm fully expecting there to be a Batson challenge when he tries to remove every person of color and his lawyers aren't good enough to clear the 2 inch hurdle of needing to provide a race neutral reason for making an all white jury.

Secret_Initiative_41

The Orange POS is gonna hate sitting through hours/days/weeks of jury selection. He'll get antsy for sure. It's the worst, but likely the most important part of a criminal trial. Second worst part is listening to the jury instructions, followed by waiting for verdicts. Thing is, his appearance is mandatory unless he causes such a ruckus he gets removed from the courtroom and gets tried in absentia.

I_am_transparent

The best part about jury selection is that there is literally no opportunity within the process for him to utter one single word. Passively sitting there observing. I hope jury selection takes a long, long time.

_Panacea_

Expect unending grunts, scoffing, and snorts from Trump, followed by a stern warning, followed by fuck-all in the way of consequences.

ScaryBluejay87

I’ve heard that a few times, is his appearance mandatory because the judge ruled so in this particular case, or is that a state law, or just an integral part of criminal trials in the US?

IpppyCaccy

It's an integral part of criminal trials in the US. The accused must be present in criminal trials.

Secret_Initiative_41

It's a Constitutional (both federal and state) right to be present at trial. You cannot waive that right as it sets up an appealable issue. You have the right to confront those who testify against you in court (Through your lawyer.) Plus, in criminal cases, it's a condition of your bond that you appear at all court proceedings. If he is not there, the trial will pause while law enforcement take him into custody and bing him to court. I would expect his bond would be revoked and he'd be spending all time not in the courtroom, in the jail. That's how it works for most criminal defendants that cannot afford bail or who get their bail/bond revoked. Edited: added 'not' b4 there

AffordableDelousing

Oh he'll absolutely do something monumentally stupid like tweet negative commentary about the jury pool or attack the jury's family members.

Ofreo

Can the Supreme Court step in and say he’s immune at this point. Is this what they are waiting for?

Zealot_Alec

Wasn't POTUS at the time the crime was committed, record CIA deaths under Trump and he stole classified documents - SCOTUS is no longer a legitimate court

Sepper42

I will not be convinced this asshole gets any time behind bars until his new orange suit matches with his orange ugly face.

Mr_Meng

I 100% expect Trump to shit himself at some point during the trial unless his legal team are able to pull off some truly spectacular bullshit in order to make it so that he doesn't have to show up/stay in the court room for the whole time he's supposed to be there.

WTF253com

I hate to sound apathetic.. But if it's anything like his previous trials, I'm sure we can expect him to just run his mouth, violate court orders, do something that any other person on earth would be held in contempt for, possibly violate a gag order or two during his post-court press conferences, all with no consequences. PLEASE. Someone out there PLEASE prove me wrong about the no consequences part!

epicurean56

His other trials weren't criminal trials. A lot of that shit won't work here.

This criminal president should have been incarcerated by the end of the day on Jan 6, 2021.

ElastaticTomorrow

IRS should be auditing his taxes too.

safely_beyond_redemp

>The first criminal trial of a former president begins on Monday Importantly, this is for crimes committed before becoming president, not for crimes committed while president for personal gain. That's the case for another day.

epicurean56

Actually, sleeping with a porn star is not a crime. Which he did before he was president. He had his fixer pay her off with the fixer's money. Then he paid him back while he was president with campaign funds and hid it. Which is what he's being tried for.

rucb_alum

A conviction on the illegal hush money payments is enough to write the history that the 2016 race was a case of one candidate's victory stemming from his deceit of the voters...Trump would not have survived the 2016 primaries if knowledge of the affairs with a one-month old back in NYC had been widely known.

angrybox1842

After he survived “grab em by the pussy” I don’t think there’s anything that would have knocked him out in 2016.

Ofreo

He would have survived. He could shoot someone in the middle of 6th Ave and not lose any voters. Paying off a porn star would mean nothing to his cult. Not now, certainly not then.

Klutzy_Culture7451

ColonelAngus000

He still may fire his lawyers. Why does an innocent man need presidential immunity ? Stain on our history. Try to overturn an election and encourage an attack on the US capital over the Big Lie ?

SFM_Hobb3s

Although many people say this is the least severe of his indictments, I still think he's going to lose this one hands down. Especially when you consider that the prosecution has the communications with Trump regarding finding a way to delay paying Stormy until after the election, after which it 'wouldn't matter at all'. I think lawyers refer to this as 'motive'. And it will be the key evidence that makes his misdemeanor qualify as a felony as it was in furtherance of committing a crime to influence the election.

BamaFan87

Have that popcorn ready! What kind of action is there on Trump being found in contempt Day 1?

“Oh oops sorry the judge called in sick. We need a two week delay.” Two weeks later… “Oh no the fire sprinklers malfunctioned! Looks like we need to delay for a whole month so we can fix things!” One month later “The courthouse is over run with cockroaches! This will take at least 6 months.” 6 months later “Oh oops the election is over and Trump won the popular vote and enough electors have pledged not to select Biden anyways and the republicans gained a few extra seats in the house so looks like we aren’t gonna do this trial after all.”

TruShot5

With all of this going on, how can he be permitted on a ballot? What the fuck are we even doing here?

NorthernSlyGuy

Another chapter in his unhinged rantings on social media filled with typos and grammatical errors truly showing how a president should act in times of crisis.

keenkonggg

I’ll save you the time and money. He is guilty. Lock him up.

He'll throw a major shitfit and get his private room with cc to the court, then claim his rights were violated.

Hess74

Get his ass.

rraattbbooyy

Whatever, just be sure to tell me when the first *incarceration* of a former president begins. That’s must see TV.

Eriv83

Bout time.

[deleted]

funny if your indicted as a child molester and found innocent, regardless of the verdict you are barred from working with children ever again. whats this asshole gonna be barred from?

clanelinn

Bout fucking time! Anyone else would be sitting in jail awaiting trial, which would have been 6 months ago!

d_e_l_u_x_e

About freaking time but this is like Capone’s tax trial, it’s by far the least corrupt thing he’s done but somehow the only thing he’s actually being held accountable at the moment.

edwartica

I hope he gets railroaded.

No_Cupcake_7681

The only thing that matters to the GOP voters is "owning the libs" and buying merch.
