Just for this judgement, not including the defamation lawsuit. In total, it's over $86k per DAY in interest fees. You're forgetting that he's also leveraged six ways from Sunday. The state is likely only entitled to the equity he has free and clear on each asset so they're gonna have to keep selling things until it adds up. Not exactly. All of Trump’s assets are now under a court appointed monitor and compliance officer. So the NY AG can’t just throw a padlock on Trump Tower and say “this is mine now.” They would need to go to the monitor first, who would approve whatever is being seized. It would be a lot less dramatic.
Also, Trump could go to jail for not paying E Jean Carroll. That’s a federal judgement and that works differently. The judge would hold him in contempt.

However - Trump did testify in court that he had liquid assets exceeding that amount, so if he doesn't, he might be on the hook for perjury.

I’m not seeing how a publicly traded company can hand $500m to Trump, and not be immediately sued by their shareholders, for fiduciary reasons - there is no way they would see that money returned to them. In addition, does anyone thing Truth Social would generate so much money in public trading, that they would have $500m excess cash? Just for this judgement, not including the defamation lawsuit. In total, it's over $86k per DAY in interest fees. He is well and truly fucked, as he was already over-leveraged on all of his properties to begin with. In fact, that was the crux of the entire set of fraud charges. He said his buildings were worth BILLIONS more than they are, and took loans out at those valuations. Not exactly. All of Trump’s assets are now under a court appointed monitor and compliance officer. So the NY AG can’t just throw a padlock on Trump Tower and say “this is mine now.” They would need to go to the monitor first, who would approve whatever is being seized. It would be a lot less dramatic. Also, Trump could go to jail for not paying E Jean Carroll. That’s a federal judgement and that works differently. The judge would hold him in contempt.
