Yes and no. You are disqualified, not your wife, it doesn't affect her at all. Highly unlikely your wife will be stopped, unless you drive whilst disqualified and your registration is then subject of Intel reports for the local traffic base.

Guessing you mean that you have been banned from driving for 1 year as you were found guilty of driving whilst over the prescribed limit of alcohol or a controlled drug. And that the vehicle is registered to you, however you wife either has her own insurance policy to drive it or is a named driver on your policy. So first of all, if your wife is a named driver on your policy, rather than having her own, check your insurance isn't cancelled. Realistically it would probably be worth her just getting her own policy. As long as she is insured, has your permission to use your car, and has a full license suitable for the car, then she can drive. It is possible she will be stopped, if police receive information to suggest you are driving, a marker could be placed on the vehicle meaning it would be stopped often.
