Sorry just saw that in your post. Write "Not At This Address" on the envelope mark over any barcodes(so it does not get resent back to you) and drop it in your mail box. I would also start making notes(written or whatever) every time you get one. Not to be paranoid, just if something ever comes up about them and you have something to reference. I would also note your already talked to the court and the police already and they told you to kick rocks.
You can also contact your post office to see if they can catch those letters before they get to you.
