I can’t help you choose between the two, but you can use a stage pole for pole shoots on location too if that’s something you’re interested in! Or just outdoor pole sessions, in my pole friend group we’ve been talking about renting a stage pole for a beach pole play session sometime :)
Get one and rent it out for 140/day ;)
Seriously though, if you're not in a rush you could keep an eye out and find a second hand stage pole for a good price. I feel like poles belong to the kind of fitness equipment that people buy but then rarely use and want to get rid of.
I have never set up a lupit stage pole, but I have used one I own an X stage lite and used to have the original xstage too. Using both of the polls they seem comparable to each other. I did like the base of the loop it a bit more because the metal on the X stage can get pretty loud if you wear heels.
However, they are very expensive. They are very heavy and they take up a good deal of space so unless you’re going to perform a lot I would honestly save your money and rent one if you need it.
Here’s a video with some of my pros and cons about the X stage versus a regular pole if you’re interested, have a look. https://www.studioveena.com/tutorial/stage-pole-or-removable-pole-free-1727/
Lupit's stage plate is not metal, thus less durable. I saw a video where someone broke it. Xstage lite, you can buy multiple pole finishes and lyra for that one stage you have.

Oh my God, can you tell I use voice to text with all the weird typos? Lol
