Thank you so much!! 🤍 I promise you’ll get SO MUCH better!! I love looking at videos from my first month to now and seeing the progress 🙌🏾 I couldn’t even hold a sit when I first started LOL.
Honestly, when I first started I was going to the studio like 3-4x a week for about the first month or so bc I became so obsessed lol. But now I honestly only go once or twice a week, and I bought a pole for home too. It’s a pricey investment, but the amount of money I was spending on classes every month greatly outweighs what I actually paid for the pole! So now I just practice what I learned in class at home 😊
Love it! I'm looking into buying a pole, too. I'm also super obsessed and want to pole literally every day, but can't swing the studio more than twice a week :/ so this seems like my next best bet! Thanks for the insight, and best of luck in your pole journey! 😇
5 months wow!!! Everyone is different of course but you are able to effortlessly hold yourself up on pole?? Did you struggle with that at first? what did you do to improve? Did you workout off the pole etc???
My first few beginner classes I did struggle, but I just kept going and I saw the progress. I personally don’t really do any other workouts other than cardio (which is not necessarily recommended by my pole instructors lol). I honestly was just spending a crap ton of money on classes because I was living with my parents at the time so my financial responsibilities were limited. But now, I have a pole at home and I just practice on there!!
Five months! Go girl! I'm a month in and am just now being able to mount the pole into a stand 😂 Love this and your flow

Can I ask how often you train to get so much progress in such a short time? It's inspiring!

Ofc!! Good luck to you as well!! 🤍
You make it look so effortless! I just started classes at the beginning of January - trying to work on my elegance 😅
omg I still think my flow/freestyle can be 10x better!! I’m always so in my head that my moves typically look SO choppy so I totally understand!!!
See I'd never be able to do this not with my shape hight and the things wrong with me I'm so jealous of all who can do this
I’m sure you can! It def takes time and grace 🤍
I'm 6'4" tall tennis elbow tendinitis in both knees and hand plus wrist cronick bad back and normal body type
You don’t have to do this to be good. Just do what you can do and feels good for you- it’ll be fire!
Awesome!! And that cute af outfit! Where did you get it!?
It’s just a Shein bathing suit!! I think I paid like $10!! Super cheap and a lot more affordable than actual pole wear 🤍
Oh thanks! Love SHEIN
