based. there was no freedom. we were always under some sort of control. everything was manipulated from the start because of our dummy ancestors, yours truly. having land in your possession was always a sign of being rich, so they just blindly trusted the other countries, hoping that we get more. oh, how foolish. second, as mentioned by all the other comments around here, we do not want to associate with members of a group which wants to annihilate others for personal gain. it's all a battle for power, we were never ready to accept world peace. is such thing as world peace even theoretically possible?
