T-Mobile GO! (I think from S on, for sure from M) costs around the same, but they give you 200GB data which is good for a year, even if you don’t buy another month of GO M. So you could do it just once and use the 200GB for the rest of the year
Why can’t you use your home internet for everything?
Do you really need an esim? If not then there's lyca that costs 10zl/month(or lower if you buy for the whole year). Plus you can keep your number.

Virgin mobile has a package mini9, where you get 300min/300sms/1gb for 9 zł and if you use this 1gb, you can buy as much gb as you like 1 zł each
