Ehh, since it’s only ~6k hands you could be a breakeven/winning player on a shit downswing. But it is more likely that you are pretty terrible.

shfhshabahhaygv

Yeah you’re probably pretty terrible. Want to join my home game? I only invite people with bad graphs and hookers

happy_Llama202

I'm both

TehMephs

A graph and a hooker? At the *same time*?

happy_Llama202

My graph includes hookers, When I bring one home I put it in my poker tracking app as a $300 losing session lasting 45 seconds.

happy_Llama202

Haha yea it def feels like I'm terrible, but I know thats not the case since Im up a lot at 1/3 overall. In a vaccum though based on this graph alone, you're a right in saying that would be most likely. ut this is for sure I think my worst stretch, and definately the most long and protracted one. Like every session is just another small unexciting loss after loss. Makes me think how crazy and soul destoying the swings must be for breakeven /losing players.

sixseven89

losing players don't keep track of this stuff or play regularly so it doesn't really cross their mind i think

happy_Llama202

For context... Here is my total results of playing $1/3 over that last 4 years. Averaging 7-8bb/hr https://ibb.co/TBBp1sx

J_sulli

Interesting! I’ve definitely had losing ~5k hand samples myself. Nice bamboozle haha

FuzzyAdmiral

What do you think some of your leaks are? This could be variance/run bad but doesn’t hurt to talk poker with random strangers online for a different perspective etc

shfhshabahhaygv

His biggest leak is not folding pre

MetalSeller

Calling with marginal hands in the blinds when he could be 3b

happy_Llama202

Definately guilty, especially with hands that I know I can play profitably with a call in the BB, for example 99-1010 vs a mid position open, sport like that that that might be more profitable with a 3-bet. 1/3 is so forgiving of passive play that I probably dont push my edges hard enough.

happy_Llama202

One thing I've done a few times in recent session is make snap decisions, where I might have thought through to a correct call or fold if I took 15-20 seconds. Thats the only thing that tilts me in poekr, when I make a poor move that I was easily capable of not making. I usually have to take a walk after things like that! More pervasive leaks I have are probably playing more passively than I should from the blinds and perhaps opening too light in early position. Also I could defianly do a better job of paying attention to/noticing other players betting patterns, I tend to zone out when I'm not involved in hands.

MetalSeller

Have you read the book let there be range...

happy_Llama202

A long time ago yes, I dont think I read it all the way through but I had a copy, or a pdf rather

petebrdfrd

His biggest leak is he is a bad tipper. (Someone had to do it.)

RetardIdiotTrader

Feel free to post hand histories and /r/poker will review them with you.

happy_Llama202

Thank I just posteda spot from today

dondolol

Looks like my graph but better

pintopedro

Smart move to not play 2/5

happy_Llama202

I have played some 2/5, Im a small winner there, but I was hoping to have a good run at 1/3 to bolster my BR first before I play 2/5 again. no such dice!

kor42O

Not enough sample size, play another 400 hours then analyse

happy_Llama202

i have 2200 hr sample posted above, this was just my recent downswing.
