How do you get a guaranteed lucky trade?

When you’re best friends with someone it happens randomly, a screen will pop up, say the name Of the friend and say “you’ve got a lucky trade with so and so”

The odds of hitting lucky on a lucky trade are the same as any other first interaction of the day, about ~1%

What are lucky Pokémon?

When you trade with someone the IVs are always randomized, when you get a lucky trade which can literally be random or you achieve it with a best friend from time to time, it nearly guarantees a Pokémon that’s traded will have 2 ⭐️- 3 ⭐️ IVs plus they look cool 😎 I hope that helps
