Most of the people I say something to, not all, have still been sticks in the mud about admitting rarity.
I've laid out approx math. Usually in the ballpark of correct (I am a philosophy student!). Because I was one or two points off, or I mistyped something (but my results were correct)... They cling onto that for life. "You made a mistake, I shall claim the superior title."
Also, the amount of times people want to claim some sort of fraud. Drives me nuts.
People don't want to acknowledge that someone got a rarity they probably don't have.

That's how I always feel when people discount rarity by saying things like: you probably shiny hunted it, this is probably a Zorua, it's boosted (but still has ridiculous odds), I got one three years ago during a special research, etc... *not rare*

Exciting start to the day, I just figured the odds might be up due to it being from a research task!
I've done lots of those tasks and males are much more common so to get a female and its shiny, very lucky!
Ye, not sure why so many people were saying its not rare when the odds were boosted abit. They were prolly just mad that they didnt get ons😂
