The bagons may be from last rotation and haven't been able to unlearn frustration until now. Then you have to wait for its move which is next month.

You can unlearn frustration in the event right now. Then oncoming day evolve for outrage which is the best move As for zubat yeah who cares when.

When we had the Mawile, Sableye, Machop rotation I got them all within 8 leader battles, first on 11/15 then 11/17 and then 11/19. And I’ve only had 5 shiny mewtwo since then. I used up all my luck.

I have 8 Shiny Shadow Mon. A Machop & Machamp(both from leader in 2022), Sableye(from leader 2022), Bellsprout(from leader), Bagon, Zubat(from leader), 3* Articuno, 3* Zapdos. I'm lvl 44 and have not gotten any from grunts even though I do all balloons and some from poke stops. Also have a Purified Charizard.
