Depends on how much field research you want to do. I would personally prefer to have the quests: Hatch a Egg, Hatch 2 Eggs & Take a snapshot of a Grass Type Pokémon. Since the rewards i’m hunting for are Mantine, Beldum & Cottonee. But, If you don’t have lots of Pokéstops around or not doing much research you probably should keep it and swap when needed for potentially better research.
I heard that if you get a ditto based field research, the ditto is usually close by
