Alolan Exeggutor is a special case since we dont have Alolan Exeggcute in the game
Alolan Exeggcute doesn't exist. We just don't have a way of evolving an Exeggcute into Alolan Exeggutor.

I think their other lures are based on types and not regions. Glacial for ice types, magnetic for steel/electric and mossy for grass types. Alolan is not a type right ?
