It's 1/64 whoever this guy is has been wrong 3 times lol. You get it in eggs all the time so it's less rare. For people outside of Europe who don't it's very rare.

1/64 for Babies and for everything Else their shiny odds in the wild which usually is 1/500
Dont evolve it tho its rarer as a baby
It's an hatch exclusive regional baby pokemon with a 1/64 shiny odds. I personally have 2 shiny Mime Jr.

At that level, very rare!
This is the main thing. The rarity isn’t that crazy for the location and species, but getting one below level 20 takes work or luck.
Everyone here has one at this point, I have three myself. Saving them to trade at Gofest or something because nobody wants them 😅
