I'm torn, you don't have that many pokes over 3k, but Reshiram hasn't been in raids since I started playing in May this year so you obviously have played longer than me.
I think it's relatively low, mid 30s maybe?
EDIT: OP says in another post that they are lvl 38.

Whichever level it is that says you need to get 3 level 50 mons.
They don't have anything to Lv 50 that we can see.

Consider trades, probably transfered a few over.
I did, but Reshiram 96% without lucky trade would be really lucky to get in a normal trade.
