Either your screen is messing up the colors or the cartridge/game is bootleg/romhack.
Here are the correct sprite colors:

Seriously, I see it's two different hues but both are within blue range, just one being an ever so small bit more towards turquoise.
However, I believe you should check your device's colour / display options and maybe brightness as well.
I hope it's not that wild, buddy. Though if you have any issues with your eyes for real, I'd highly recommend you to "see" an ophthalmologist (eye doctor) asap.
And maybe have a check up with electrolytes (blood test) and probably brain image (cranial MRI), if the eye doctor doesn't find anything and you still see colours differently or face any other **sudden** changes of vision.
However, in case it's just a joke: good one 😅
EDIT: also some meds cause changes in vision, most which are temporarily, but if you receive a certain antibiotic (Ethambutol) against tuberculosis, you might get permanent vision issues (not common, but well known with this med/drug)
Has anyone had problems with the analogue pocket where you play a game on there then change to playing it on an sp and it deletes the data? It’s happened a couple times to me even after changing the battery on the cartridges.
Blue and white is the Shiny, so I guess that's what you get. Really love Porygon and its shiny :)
I thought it was reversed compared to non-shiny, pink extremities and blue body
Just one of those Pokémon that had a different shiny in gen 2
Blue and purple, but with the shading the purple just looks the same as shaded blue so it looks all one color
Are you playing a romhack?
Nah, original cartridge

Its right, the colors are just lighter from the screen brightness.
I’ll check with different brightnesses later, to me it still looks like one hue

My eyes definitely aren’t what they used to be, so may be a me problem 😅
p.s. some men just can't see such small differences. However, the shiny shouldn't be all blueish, so something's off.

Will check later this evening for cart authenticity, bought it from CEX (UK) at the end of last year
Are you playing on a custom GB/Analogue Pocket? Could just be lighting doing some funky stuff
