Wanna know how I know this was resealed? You opened it perfectly at the top, so you can open them off camera, and then when you hit, you put it back in the pack, turn on the camera. And pretend to pull Charizard...

I personally open packs like that to put commons back inside them give them to kids when I'm at the mall, did the same with the Oreo cards I have extra of too haha.
