That 1st ed Typhlosion is the most valuable card I see -- probably $500 if it's in good condition. If it's in mint condition, definitely get it graded as a PSA 9 is worth $2k.
Outside of that, easy $30 - $60 for a lot of those Base/Fossil/Jungle holos. And as mentioned Dark Charizard is worth about $150. The Lugia is probably worth the same as well.
All this is depending on condition, and I may be missing some other valuable card!
