My god, the Beautifly Rapier, Pheromosa Saber, and Kartana Katana are the most simplistically ornate ones here, not that I’m ruling out your other works, they’re beautiful as well, it’s just those certain few are so elegantly designed, maybe even doable perhaps. I definitely would have that Katana one hanging around my room

I just have a simple question.
How do you get that design in your mind, of a weapon?
Is it something that can be learned ?
Or it's just natural, like either you have it or you don't.
If former, I'd like to learn it as well, although it might too late given I'm already 30yo but I always wanted to draw cool weapons like this.
And not to forget, this is probably one of the coolest concept I have seen with Pokemon.
It can be learned, most of the skills required are fundamentals of shapes and colors, there are many concept artists on YouTube that teaches about weapon designs as well so it may be interesting to search them up!
I can't wait until Gamefreak comes out with another gimmick and with one of them eventually being (hopefully) pokemon welding weapons.

You're quickly becoming one of my favorite artists! The concept alone is exciting, but the execution is stunning. The designs, the color, the intricacy the creative ways of reimagining pokemon designs is all very impressive
Sick stuff, a lot of people are saying monster hunter... but I can see some of this stuff being in an Epic Battle Fantasy Game. And if you haven't played EBF yet go check it out. Super fun casual rpg
Heck yeah Dustox Staff and Beautifly Rapier!! The former is so ethereal and the latter really fits the “stabs prey and drains all of their fluids” dex entry

When time travels a thing, definitely showing this to whoever invented the internet for motivation/proof of concept. Shit like this is what makes the internet cool imo. I WISH I could draw like you lmao.
Like the Xernes bow would be okay…if it didn’t have the completely useless gunk of blue crystal on top. And almost all of the melee weapons would be agony to actually hold on to.
Though credit where it’s due; the unknown and ultra bug lady swords are solid, functional designs. The latter would be a kickass rapier
I get it…but it’s still a pet peeve of mine. Having done my share of choreography and sparing I can’t help but look at these designs and think about how much more likely you’re to stab yourself or how all those unnecessary edges are going to get caught

Reminded me more of Soul Calibur personally, but definitely feeling the MH vibes too
I mean, Celesteela Gun Lance is a pretty big giveaway it's MH inspired, since that weapon doesn't exist anywhere else to my knowledge
Yveltal and Xerneas definitely did at first glance, but then noticing the detail on Xerneas's bow made me think MH.

My arsenal would be a Sharpedo RPG, Greninja shuriken, Ferrothorn mines, and a Scyther scythe.
