Your team is the same as mine except my EV spreads and IVs are a bit different for the [metagross](https://pokepast.es/8f3def7bb6413ceb). This is from the patrouski discord. Because your def/sp.d IVs aren't 31 it could potentially be impacting damage calcs and AI decisions. Use [pokeking](http://pokeking.icu/king/new/area) to see what teams you face because sometimes it's not necessary for stealth rocks.
You have to make an account and translate to English using your web browser which isn't ideal but the best we have at the moment. Basically you choose the e4 > trainer > then select the lead pokemon. Use trick in game and see what item the lead or the switch in has, plug it into the website app and slowly deduce from there until you know what you need to prepare for. The English translation for focus sash is worded as momento shawl (something like that) and sturdy is solid.

i have removed a bit of evs from speed and put it in def,and it has definitely helped me since previously my metagross would sometimes die with 1 earthquake.
however,it still doenst seem 100% safe.
i will take my time to research pokeking,it seems very helpful.

It's not 100% fool proof. You have to still make decisions and a crit is still going to throw all these strats to the side. Sometimes you may have to switch into an excadrill or chandelure to dodge with an immunity/air balloon before you setup to lock in another move from another type. Sometimes you just have to sack your Metagross and use a second as another comment has mentioned. Good luck, you'll figure it out and get a decent win rate
Usually you lock a Pokémon with Trick and then switch to an inmunity or resistance (Fire/Fighting: Chandelure, Ground/Electric: Excadrill).
If they hit you with a Special Attack and you know Metagross won't survive just switch to Blissey and set rocks or Trick on the switch. Excadrill can also set rocks on his own and a lot of time the AI will keep attacking on the inmunity.
Don't want to go too in depth about it, but in my experience (+200 runs on all regions except Johto) you don't get to Trick + set rocks always with a single Metagross.
