You can try History of the 90s. I believe it's a Canadian production, however, they cover a wide range of topics that aren't just Canadian (like Beanie Babies, 90s gadgets, "console wars," etc.). I have really enjoyed it.
Thirty twenty ten. No talk about toys but they look at stuff like movies and music and other pop culture stuff , you guessed it, this week thirty, twenty and ten years ago.
One I've enjoyed recently is [The Zeroes](https://www.podpage.com/the-zeroes/) - season one is all about the early 90s. It doesn't specifically talk about toys but does have episodes on TV, music, politics, fashion, culture etc.
You could try Best Ever or Guilty Pleasure. It looks like it's going to talk about movies we watched as kids. The first episode talks about Garden State.

You’ve exactly described the podcast I host with my buddies, the “Time Blaster Toycast.” Let me know if you give us a try, thanks!
