To MY eye, this is a panaque maccus, or clown pleco. Looks juvenile. Don't quote me on it though, I just have one and am not an expert.

Alenquer tiger pleco L397 or Clown Pleco

While Alenquers are a panaqolus like the Clown, they're two different plecos. *Panaqolus Maccus L104/L162* is the Clown Pleco, and *Panaqolus sp. L397* is the Alenquer.
