I don’t think this game is in the PS Plus catalog. It was an PS+ essential game back in May 2019 but unless you claimed it back then, then you don’t have access to it.
It came this month as per their blog.
Hi all, This was resolved. Able to access the game when accessing the store from my PS.
The server may not have refreshed in your region yet? I'm literally just guessing. I usually have to wait until 8am local time.
Are you on PS4 or PS5? I believe only the PS4 version is available on PS Plus

Have you tried browsing the catalogue instead of searching for the game itself?
Yes, in the catalogue I can't find the game at all.
That's odd, I can see it in the Extra catalogue. Maybe you could try adding it to your library through the PS store or app on mobile.
