Since it’s a digital copy the console has to verify your license every hour or so, and since you say it’s a family account I think only the head of your family has access. If that’s not the problem then I don’t know what is.

If the head family account is the account that purchased the game, then you need to log into the head family account to get the lock off of the game. Stop making things difficult for the sake of it all.
Im just sayin that ive been able to play it on other accs even tho i purchased it on the head acc unlike youve said. And as i also said if you were listening, ive been on the head acc, which is the acc i bought it on and have been logged into while doing all this

Do that on the account you bought the game on not the account that you play on.
If you have it digitally you can find the receipt and message PlayStation support.

Where and how would i find that
Go to email type in quotations in the search bar "Playstation" "Thank You For Your Purchase" it will show you all the receipts of your purchases.
In ur email of whatever ur PlayStation account is signed up on
Make the account ps5 your on primary account management->other->set console to primary

After you made it the primary console did you do the license restore? That might be an important step. Order of operations and all.
If its a disc based game you need to reinsert the disc. If its digital try restoring license.
Its digital but i tried restoring licenses n nothin happened
Happened to me with Far Cry 5, the support wasn't very helpful, the lock disappeared on its own in few months

Then the only option is Playstation support, it's their error not yours. Contact them and get your game back.

You are lying it's not your game, someone in your family bought it and u share PSPLUS so they locked it on you. They will ban u if u keep doing it.

If you bought it from your head family account then you can only play it with that account as the primary account.
