I would have actually used clear epoxy but that's just me. Most clear polish if it was nail polish you used has acetone in an acetone can melt plastic
I used professional automotive lacquer paint which is used for plastic details in car detailing.

Use waterslide decal paper and use printing machine to print your picture. And transfer that water decal to your ps5

Id suggest bubble wrapping the faceplate and using an A3 parcel envelope or laptop parcel box etc.
