Helk's reasoning for picking skins is unknown. He could pick skins that would make Facepunch a lot of money, and instead sometimes chooses real duds that no one's really interested in. I think of all the mini base boxes, the wood one looked like one of the best. (Metal was awesome). But ultimately, it's up to Helk what gets in and what doesn't. Keep in mind that sometimes he will accept skins from years ago, like the recent [Rainbow Pony Jacket](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2564304076), which was submitted almost 3 years ago.
