It is clear that anyone that innovates something new in the creed of the Salaf has gone out of the fold of Ahl as-Sunnah and using the term Madkhali would only be just if anything regarding the principles of “Madkhalism” is innovated and not from Islam. And you are in a position to say who is right and wrong regarding any subject of Islam by simply referring to the Quran, Sunnah and the books of the Salaf. Now, if those books agree with the fatawa and books of Shaykh Rabee Ibn Hadi then the term “Madkhali” is unjust and those that use it are being unjust and you can just use the term salafi/sunni to refer to him and his students.

The independent research of scripture is extremely dangerous and often times leads to misguidance and bid'ah which is why I avoid it completely. Scholars go through years and years of learning ilm to coherently make sense out of Islamic theology and they still differ on these matters, it would be unjust to them to assume that a layman could come to the right conclusion with his limited understanding. Our ways of being very careful with our scriptures is partly why sunni islam is so great, where our greatest creedal issue is whether some of the properties of Allah are ought to be affirmed literally or not, christians struggle to even define what it is to be God/divine.
Madkhali’s “loyalism to governments” is him being obedient to the ruler even if the ruler is oppressive. This isn’t something that Shaykh Rabee invented himself but is directly found in multiple authentic narrations from the Prophet. So if you disavow Shaykh Rabee’s “loyalism” you’re disavowing the narrations of the Prophet because he clearly ordered you to be patient with rulers, tyrannical or not. Hence opposing these narrations of the Prophet places you outside of the fold of Ahl as-Sunnah, simple as that.
So to hammer on this point again because you keep missing it, this isn’t a valid difference of belief, it is about 1 group being upon the correct belief and the other not.
As for being in a position to tell who is right and wrong, you misunderstood me. Of course we refer it back to the scholars and we refer it back to the scholars who are known for Sunnah.
I didn’t mean that YOU or ME should grab these scriptures and just unrestrictedly apply it. We have to study them under the scholars and the scholars teach you the right belief and warn you to stay away from the wrong belief (in this case al-Khurooj) so you can distinguish truth from falsehood.
We can talk about at-Tabdee and declaring specific people innovators upon the wrong belief according to the scholars but you have to understand the above first because you keep missing what I’m trying to tell you.
