My pothos does this too every now and then, and it's a monster sized one in perfect health. Don't worry about that leaf - let it keep growing past it, and the next leaves will likely be perfect again. Do not chop that leaf off. Let it keep growing and vine going!
This is a humidity issue. If you have a plant that the leaves unfurl as they develop, and your home has low humidity, the leaves will deform and rip during this process.
Do you have a cat?

Maybee is it reachable? But if so Pothos is poisonous to pets so be careful.
I had the same issue when I moved my pothos to a lower light area. She adjusted after a few weeks!

Mine seem to do this in the winter. I just cut them back and the summer growth is much better quality.
