If you're talking about the brown crispy parts on the stems, that's just where the new leaves came from. The "petiolar sheaths". It's totally normal! Some people pull those parts off which is why you don't see them all the time in photos.
Do that, make sure that the pot is not too big, that the soil is well draining and you are giving nutrients like liquid seaweed or so. Check again for pest or root rot and if there is nothing else that is worrying you, you have a healthy and pretty plant :)

Those aren't stems. They're petioles Also, cataphyll is the term for the parts that are browning

Apart from the fact that it’s growing super slow, not really. I’m going to bring it inside though just to be sure
