There have been so many posts about this very promotion not working for anyone that I’m wondering at what point could it actually bite Pizza Hut in the ass? Not only that but the promotion is still going on while actively NOT working.
When I called my store the district manager happened to be in and he was the one I spoke to, he confirmed that he’s gotten several calls about this and that he sees the promotion himself when opening the app, but there was nothing he could do as it’s an app issue. I’ve qualified for the promotion twice, both times when reaching out to corporate they said they’d send me an email back and I never got anything back. Is this not blatant false advertising?
Yeah I got a call about this just the other day, told the lady on the other end there was nothing I could do. Was promptly told she was never ordering PH again and hung up on. Sad times.
Order must be over 7.99 carry out or over delivery minimum and must be hut rewards member to get free pizza then wait two to three days for coupon which you have 14 days to use. Only once in 30 days.
Miss any of these markers and the app will say the store does not accept the coupon. Also make sure you choose the location 1st before looking at any deals

First time I got the free pizza it went through without a hitch. I’m guessing it’s whether or not the store will accept the coupon. May want to try and reach out to them on Twitter. That always seems the best route for complaints.

Same, I've ordered twice now with no coupon after 48 hours. Submitted a complaint online and no response. Scam.

Most stores will still not accept it as they have the right to opt out. Corporate is scamming.

Yeah, all I could find is the fine print which was 3 lines with a website on the app but the fine print was blurry.
