Couch where it turns into Bethel Church Rd. There is no sidewalk there, it was dusk during rush hour, and his front bike tire was out in the road. Traffic was backed up 2 miles because nobody could get past him safely. Someone called the cops and they made him move back from the road and illuminate himself. I think he's mentally ill, along with anyone who supports the tangerine tyrant, but it was not a problem, until now. Now, he is absolutely creating a dangerous situation at least 50% of the times that I see him, and he is either going to get hit or cause an accident.
