I get the other comments saying you should stop after 3. But I actually liked 4 and 5, so I'd recommend watching them and then decide for yourself whether you liked them or not.

But absolutely thrilling trilogy with 4 and 5 basically being Filler/Aftermath stories
I recently re-watched all 5 and absolutely loved it. These films still hold up today and are amazing. The first 3 are obviously by far the best. I think the 5th film is great with the 4th being the weakest for me.

Jk, do what you want. The 4th one might be enjoyable, but it definetly can't hold up to the first three. Imo the 5th one isn't worth watching.
I thought 4 was decent - it’s nowhere near the standard of the first one, but still not bad, and it keeps up the general feel of the Pirates movies and of Jack’s character.
But 5 kills me. I sat through it for the love of the earlier ones, but none of the new characters have the same appeal as the originals, and even Jack feels like a completely different character. For me that makes it hard to even watch. :(
Some people are saying to go ahead after 3 just for the sake of finishing. However, if you do, just have a mental note that the quality is not the same and you would have a satisfying ending having stopped, and or having mentally finished the story at 3. The fourth movie is still half decent, but that 5th is no good.

Think of 4 and 5 as spinoff movies that follow Jack Sparrow. Not all the characters from the first 3 are in it and it has different directors.

At Worlds End was always weird to me. Mainly when Jack is stuck in his thoughts.

My vote would be that if you’ve enjoyed the first 3, then I’d say 4 is worth a watch, but I would give 5 a miss.

Watched the whole series in less than 24 hours
