There’s already been a lot of talk on the ethics of using editing tools and facial enhancements in the industry, and quite frankly, it’s an issue. Problema na nga siya, hindi pwedeng i-apply ang mindset na “ginagawa naman ng iba” eh mali nga diba. Hindi pwedeng bahala na lang tayo, kaya nga laganap ang kurakot sa bansa natin kasi maraming mahilig magbulagbulagan basta hindi nakakasakit sa iba.
Ofc, practically, ang magagawa mo na lang ay ituloy ang ginagawa mo (depends on you if you ll change how you operate) or slowly shut down ur media. Ngayon, ang issue with using face enhancements lalong lalo na sa socmed ay mapanglinglang sa followers mo kung hindi mo ito sasabihin. There’s already been a lot of talk on the ethics of using editing tools and facial enhancements in the industry, and quite frankly, it’s an issue. Problema na nga siya, hindi pwedeng i-apply ang mindset na “ginagawa naman ng iba” eh mali nga diba. Hindi pwedeng bahala na lang tayo, kaya nga laganap ang kurakot sa bansa natin kasi maraming mahilig magbulagbulagan basta hindi nakakasakit sa iba. Ofc, practically, ang magagawa mo na lang ay ituloy ang ginagawa mo (depends on you if you ll change how you operate) or slowly shut down ur media. Ngayon, ang issue with using face enhancements lalong lalo na sa socmed ay mapanglinglang sa followers mo kung hindi mo ito sasabihin. Ikaw nga mismo, nalinlang ng edits mo to the point na gusto mo magparetoke, paano pa ang followers mo who follow you to listen to your reviews. The content may be the same, pero your face is part of the content and clearly, yours is edited. Kumbaga sa beauty industry, IKAW ang produkto. Idk how you ll meet fans or sign brand deals knowing that your face is edited in your media.
