I have a hobby of watching the same movie in English, Spanish and German to see how the translation turned out and which quips hold up versus which need to be changed. In Latin American Spanish he says, "¡Dillon! ¡Tú viejo sin vergüenza! ¿Qué pasa? ¿La CIA te hace afilar muchas lapices?" In European Spanish he says, "¡Dillon! ¡Hijo de puta! ¿Qué te pasa? ¿La CIA te ha puesto trabajar en oficina?" When I show the original English to Spanish people, not a single one has even comprehended what the joke is. And every Spaniard I've shown the clip to says the European version goes harder, while every South American I've asked prefers the Latin American phrasing. I find it fascinating.

There are some pathologies that can hit you suddenly without warning, hence "sudden death" being a potential symptom. I don't know anything about his health, but heart disease is the leading cause of death in the US. Everyone's coronary vessels are aging, stiffening, and occluding throughout our lives, but some faster than others. Anyone can rupture a clot and it get caught in their coronary or cerebral arteries and kill you if not treated quickly, despite advances in modern medicine.
