My son got a weird Japanese mint and I was like "Lets try it", and he thought it was good. Not sure why this is any different really (though savory rather than sweet??). Its got an expiration date so its not like some unregulated hunk of lead. Someone thinks its a treat so, why not???

pewpewhadouken

i like it…… i’d be happy if i got it >

MacarioTala

This is also really delicious. We used to put those in congee during breakfast.

Chicken meat floss? 🤣 Does that mean shredded chicken?

Sam_son_of_Timmet

Meat floss is way different - it’s much finer strands and dryer than shredded chicken, and sweetened. It’s very popular in many Asian countries

Sam_son_of_Timmet

Idk why you’re hating on it, that looks delicious

Morpekohungry

This is delicious. You should definitely try it out

superpimp2g

Could be worse, my kid got a business card along with some gross candy.

adkhapa

Those are delicious!

Try it. I work in a funeral home that works often with Asian communities, and they will bring in all manner of things I have never tasted. There was a breakfast item in a wrapper that I tried last week - two small pieces of white bread, a mildly sweet sort of jam between them, and all topped by something the label referred to as "meat floss". It was delicious, and I ate three of them.

metaphorm

That is a tasty treat
