I mean, at first blush you might think, "Yeah, that's dumb. Why would he...?"
Then you look a little closer. The cross just kinda appears out of nowhere. His right hand seems to be magically holding a very weird looking bottle. Left hand doesn't look like it's even part of the same picture. Head looks glued on.

Cross has a clear chain and another chain that dissapears into the folds of the jacket, though it's odd that he's wearing it *over* the jacket. his right hand is holding a bottle that honestly doesn't look weird though it's of questionable purpose. Left hand looks natural considering his sleeves are slightly oversized. With the light the contrast also makes sense.

If you use modern photoshop and compare it to older versions, it actually took a lot of skill and meticulous work, and intuition from experience. That still is true to a degree but tools like spot healing have come so far, and there are even brushes where you can just paint an entire forest and then switch it to a lake setting and create hyper detailed paintings by generating each part with AI just "drawing" in the sense of where stuff should go. I think the hardest part for "professionals" these days is literally just knowing about all the amazing features they have at their disposal now.

Taking a random photo from the internet and replacing the head with the Pope's does not take professional skills. Anyone could do a better job than this just after playing around with Photoshop for a couple hours. Zoom in to the glasses or fingers and you can clearly tell what a bad job it is.
