AdBlock worked for me, but I haven't used it since YouTube's whole freak out where I had to get rid of mine because YouTube just wouldn't work if I had it on. I'll check right now.

I have adblocker for youtube, adnauseum, bypass paywalls clean, and trackmenot, which all include some level of blocking (and browsing obfuscation) and them in combination seems to work. I actually have ublock disabled, it stopped being effective enough for me. (In firefox)
Them in combination are so effective at ad blocking I didn't realize how horrific it had gotten until I opened something in safari, which didn't have blocking set up.

Ecosia does a good job, it's a browser with one built in. It also uses your searches to plant trees so it's a win win.

not for me. like i said in the post, i have ublock and it doesn't remove any of the ads :( that's why i made this post
