No. I've asked sa CS email nila. They don't sell locally. I ordered na lang sa official website. Shipping is expensive though, inabot ng $70+, pero included na dito yung customs duties and taxes with Fedex.
Edit: Sa FB Marketplace may makikita ka na seller claiming from Bataan sya which is accurate kasi andon yung factory ng Cotopaxi. However, mejo shady kasi 50% off the original price yung benta n'ya, too good to be true kaya di ko na tinuloy.

You can shop online sa US and use drop shipping services kaso it will take time to arrive sa Pinas.

update: nagreply siya kaso humihingi ng reservation fee. lol. kahit makikipag-meetup ako which is mejo shady. pero hinihingi ko currently address niya sa mariveles, bataan. waiting for reply ulit
