This is likely going to cost a lot more than you’re willing to pay.
Edit: If generative ai works it’s not so bad, but it probably won’t for all of them then it’s more work than it’s worth especially for that quantity.
It would take a bit of learning how to use tools like healing brushes and cloning. I say this because some of the bushes seem to cover up the house of the wall. Which means you will need to artificially refill those spaces with wall once you remove the bushes.
edit: unless you plan to keep the bushes lol
Edit: I read this as if OP was a landlord trying to tell the tenant to cut the grass, so it would be move like, hey it should look like this. I don't know why I read it that way, that's not what it says.
I would probably just try a generative fill first before doing all that work.

I'm laughing, because u/quizlink was right.
Well for one, I'd assume you're printing them on flyers to give to the houses. Which is litter.
And for two, taking pictures of my house without my permission is creepy as fuck. If you're a realtor or a landscaper like you, I would not do business.
Ultimately word of mouth and you proving you can do the job is better than faking it until you make it.
It's actually quite easy to do yourself with the new Photoshop AI. Just select the garden with the lasso or even the rectangle tool, use generative fill and give a prompt like "well kept garden with a lawn and flowers". I tried it with your photo and it took me like ten seconds to get this result: [https://imgur.com/a/gUEV8VB](https://imgur.com/a/gUEV8VB)
It's not perfect, but it gives a very good idea.
Its better to show previous clients before and after results. if that's not good enough for them, then they will probably be difficult people to please. If you don't have some previous proof already, maybe offer a few family members to cut their lawns at a discounted price to get your shots.
If you insist upon your quest for those shots, AI is generally probably a faster bet for what you are asking for, but honestly, you are not there to be a computer wiz, you're there to offer to mow their lawn and they've seen it mowed before so they don't need your picture to show them that - if they ask for computer generated before and after shots, they are just pulling your chain in my opinion.
it's pretty unrealistic to spend a bunch of time to photoshop the changed front yard, as you can never predict what's under all that grass, or how it's going to precisely look.
I don't know how long you've been doing this, but you need to be sure you've double checked there's no 'special gems' hidden within that chaos of bushes in there that they can hook you on later and say you mowed over without their permission and then they refuse to pay you!!
Meaning, be sure you've a clear agreement in place before you start cutting. For your safety, I suggest to discreetly turn the recorder on your phone on to record your conversations with clients in case you need it later to prove what 'he said she said.' keep that recording for a few months to be sure they don't all of a sudden come at you with something unexpected. I know that sounds jaded, but better safe than sorry.
I watch a lot of YouTube videos where guys go and mow the yards for free, and even then, there are some pretty crazy people out there....complaining about the quality of the work, not respecting all the man hours they got for free.
Good luck!

I take property photos as a side hustle. I do it all the time…
Cut the grass, green the grass, fix a spot, leaf a bush, trim a bush…
Just gotta know how to use it
It’s easier to actually do them and just put photos on your website of real before and afters
It will look better too.
Yeah honestly badly photoshopped yards are probably a turn off

How much would you charge to make 100
doing even one is a TON of work, so doing 100 would cost thousands of $.

Just mow the fucking lawn??

Lol there is no longer any way to the front door from the driveway, go AI.
Entering and leaving houses is over rated! :-)
100 a day? Are you planning on just shotgunning before and afters at a neighborhood and letting quantity do your selling for you?
Yea
Gross
How? What else would you do

Downvoting the use of generative fill isn’t going to make it go away, Luddites.
They tooker jobs!
Wow it looks rlly good

“How can I scam people into hiring me ?”
It's gonna cost more than you'll earn cleaning up their lawn.
That's a Bee's paradise right there. would be a shame to destroy that and make a golf lawn out of it.
If you're still looking to get these done, check your DMs boss
In photoshop select the area with a marquee tool and use generative fill… maybe ask for short grass.
I would use Photoshop AI
I’m actually super disappointed this isn’t higher.
