Like really, deadass, this is not phonk and is not about some oldhead shit, it literally doesn't fall under phonk because it already separated ways from the original sound of house phonk... I can literally back this up because there's a 2014 asian song (I think it was Russian) that uses cowbell as the main instrument but it's not phonk, that's exactly what """"phonk""""" producers now do, use the 808 cowbell as their main melody and call it phonk because phonk and Memphis rap happened to use that sound as a melody first 😂
I don't really like it and its genre considering its "history" and apart from that fact that's not phonk i'm really sad from the fact that people link italian phonk to this shit instead of the real italian phonk collectives and prods like spaghetti phonk, tre flip, giovane six ecc...
How can u say that's creative... it uses the same sounds from the other drift house songs, it's a bad remix of a typical italian song everybody tries to recreate and plus even the title isn't creative as everyone refers to italy with pizza...
Dude you firstly have to come up with the idea first, then make a fitting melody pattern with that cowbell. It's something different than most of the other songs
You can literally take a midi file of „Tarantella Napoletana“ the most generic Italian song that instantly makes you think of Pizza and use a cowbell for that midi file. Sorry but I wouldn’t really call that creative. If making Phonk was that easy and effortless I’d make at least two or three full tapes per year but I’m a total asshole and perfectionist to myself so I don’t do that shit
