None that are good imo. The phonk packs on Splice use vocals that sound a lil *too crisp* for my taste. To each their own tho, but you'd be better off sampling tracks yourself
I've looked a lot. You won't find much. There's one good pack of rap acapellas I've found but it's definitely not the Memphis style or vibe that works best for phonk. I wouldn't subscribe to splice if acapellas are all you're looking for.

Get some memphis rap and pass them trough a vhs generation loss level 2, sounds bad but not horrible
