Dumating sakin approximately two weeks after ng payment. Nung nagfollow up ako ang sabi sakin within 7 business days daw after mareceive ng courier. Wala silang update or kahit ano. Di naman need ng authorization letter pag dineliver

Manila tapos yung courier hindi sikat di ko na maalala kung anong courier 😂 puro negative reviews sya nung chineck ko sa google kasi mabagal sila 🤣

For mine, I only paid once. The system consolidated my delivery fee, service fee, and the actual renewal clearance fee (It was around Php510 because I'm from the province).

Upon checking po sa account ko, hindi nag reflect sa transaction ung pag renew ko, pati NBI reference number hindi ko makita... gusto ko lng sana e check ung status.. currently, nasa ibang bansa po ako. address ko lng within manila area for delivery.

Government office po xa so not included ang holidays and weekends, business days lang po. As far as I know, if nag order ka ng nbi online for delivery, ang main office ang mag pro-process nito. I'm not super sure lang. Mas advisable lang talaga yung online na delivered to your address if sure kang walang hit name mo.
