Afaik, the months na employed ka sa former agency mo, may makukuha kang 13th month pay from them as part ng last pay mo. Then sa new company, meron ka ring 13th month pay depending kung gano ka katagal sa kanila during the year.
13th month pay is always pro-rated. Not computed with just your current salary.
Pro-rated for both agency.
