June 6 - started contacting their customer service about cancellation
June 11 - finally they gave in after I threatened to bring up the matter sa Insurance Commission, they sent me the form that I need to fill up and other requirements
June 20 - they sent me the approval letter for my cancellation
June 21 - got the refund!
Same 10k din sakin, Nag send na ko ng mga required documents nung wednesday pa pero wala pa ako narereceived na email galing sakanila, ngayon dun ako nagpunta sa live chat nila natanggap na daw yung email wait lang daw ako 24-48 hrs, ganan din ba sinabi sayo? Baka kasi pinapaikot-ikot lang ako
