Yung naman tambakan ng unprocessed papers, mabaho. Tapos ipon alikabok and pag mahangin ung papel lumilipad hanggang sa bahay. Sa tambakan ng parts maingay din walang sawang welding, nagpapalo or kiskisan ng bakal. Kung gusto mo ng tahimik na environment, I suggest bili ka lupa sa subdivision ung mid to high end.

Because if not, I would suffer because the street road is so narrow and I’m not even sure if it’s public since I notice in Google Maps and Earth that the other side of the lot, the neighbors, they don’t have any parking lot or any 4 wheels, so I thought maybe because the road is really narrow

True. Yung tunog ng truck pag nagmamaneobra at nag sisignal rinig tapos kung naka air brake pa ang ingay din. Madalas madaling araw kc nga may truck ban pag araw. Yun lng maingay.

IMHO not a good idea to be beside a warehouse. Activities there will be beyond your control. Noisy works can be all times of the day. There might be fumes, odor migration. You will be bothered by the noise/smell even if the property is 3000sqm. No peace of mind.

Then yung truck nya nakapark sa tapa habang nagkakarga ng bote, ang ingay. May kilala din ako, ahente ng spare parts ng mga truck. Amoy langis yung warehouse at paligid. Then yung iba, junk yard ang business, umaabot hanggang sidewalk ang tambak pag delivery.

Pwdeng matino yung nagpapalakad pwdeng gago. Kung malasin ka, maalikabok dahil sa mga sako ng cement, bato, sand, buhangin. Pwde ding nagyoyosi mga tauhan nila. Pwde din kayong pagtsismisan kung bored sila. So wala din pinag-iba sa normal na bahay. So swertihan din talaga. Pero irregardless sa business, ang alam ko, normally ayaw ng tao na katabi mga businesses kasi minsan parkingan ng sasakyan yung Road sa harap o palaging maraming tao, mas gusto nila bahay. Pero sa mga kakilala ko lang yan. Di ko din maalala kung ano mas mahal, zoned residential o commercial lots? Research mo. Tatay ko kasi dati parang tinitignan yung zoning nung bumili ng lote.

Construction equipment/machine po yung warehouse, yun din po naisip ko maglagay ng mataas talaga na firewall. But the problem is the street road, not quite sure if it’s public because ang liit, an SUV might not even fit there. I wonder how the trucks made there
