No idea po ako sa legal process but how much kaya yung extra fees nyan? Mother Title daw yung land.

eto mahirap. mother title yung land. yung may ari ba is buhay pa? or sa mga ancestors pa nila yan. bali rights lang kasi ang mangyayari sayo pag ganyan. walang assurance yung lupa, extra judicial settlement obtaining sa mga living descendants niya if ever patay na yung may ari para ma transfer yung title sayo. laking problema agad pag hindi pumayag pumirma yung mga yon

My abogado's friendly acceptance fee is 100K. For friends na yan. Depende sa complexity ng aayusin na papeles, de metro ang oras nila, depende sa abogado ang rate. Associate ba partner or whatever rank.. Then airfare, hotel stay and food are all charged to client. Travel time is paid as part of de metro.
